2 Easy Ways to Order Your Menus

1) Send us your digital file via e-mail or mail it to us via regular U.S. Mail. We accept files from the following programs: Adobe Photoshop (.psd, tiff, jpeg) minimum of 300 dpi;  Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps); Adobe InDesign (.indd); Adobe PageMaker (.pmd); or QuarkXpress (.qxd). We accept the following file formats: psd, tiff, jpeg, ai, eps, indd, pmd,  or qxd. Please make sure that any files you send are at a minimum of 300 dpi (this includes images).

2) Mail us a sample of the menu you are using now and we will contact you to discuss in further detail the specifics of your order.

Does PizzeriaMenus.com share or sell my contact information?

No. Information we collect for order processing or from inquiries is never shared with any other company or website. Customer information is used only to contact them when necessary in regards to their jobs. Credit card information is used only to bill the customer for products ordered. PizzeriaMenus.com reserves the right to distribute samples of customers printed material but we will never use them for any public advertising purposes.

Is your website secure?

PizzeriaMenus.com provides customers with a secure ordering process using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All your personal and payment information are encrypted and transferred via a secure server.

How long will it take for an e-mail reply to an inquiry?

We reply to all emails as they come in during normal business hours. Depending on the question, you should expect an answer within 20 minutes. How does PizzeriaMenus.com protect my privacy?

Will you sell my email address?

Absolutely not! We value your business and it would serve no purpose for us to sell your email address - we'd much rather keep you as a customer!

How long will it take to get my Menus?

Your Menus will be shipped within 72 hours after you have approved your on-line proof. United Parcel Service (UPS) takes from 1 to 5 business days to deliver depending on your location.

How long does it take to receive a proof of my menu?

Once you have placed your order, you should expect to receive a proof within 1 hour after receipt of your order.

How do I place an order for Menus?

To place an order for Menus please start at the homepage of PizzeriaMenus.com.  Click the button labeled View All Menus. Once there you will be able to review all the Menus in our library. You can double-click any menu to make it larger and easier to view. Remember, these menu designs are for viewing purposes only. Each design has a style number next to it. At anytime, while viewing the menu samples, you will be able to click the button titled “Order Now”. Once you click Order Now you will be guided through the ordering process.

What happens if I find a mistake on my menu?

You (the customer) are responsible for the accuracy of all artwork submitted to us either by e-mail, fax or sent by regular mail. The customer is encouraged to proof-read the layout, design and copy carefully before submitting. It is very important that you review ALL all elements of the menu. Once you approve this order you are accepting sole responsibility for all information contained on your menu. If you notice a mistake before the order is put into print production, we will work with you to correct it, as long as we haven’t gone to press.

How do I view my proof?

You will receive an e-mail notifying you that your proof is ready to be viewed online.  Just click on the link in your email, select your proof, and tell us if its ok to print. Production time and billing to your credit card starts immediately after you have given us your on-line approval.

How close will my menu match what I see on my monitor?

Although we try to match the colors as closely as possible, the colors of your menu will differ from the colors you see on your screen or a printout from an inkjet or laser jet. Because of the wide differences in monitor calibration and the different technologies used, some printed colors may not exactly match the colors on your specific monitor.

What thickness are your Menus?

Unless noted otherwise, all of our Menus are 14 point in thickness.

Can I order a lower quantity of Menus than you have listed?

No, our quantities are fixed and we do not offer lower quantities than what is offered on the website. 1000 is the lowest quantity that we offer.

Can I request a copy of the digital file that was used to produce my menu?

No. All digital files are the sole property of PizzeriaMenus.com.

Can I make changes to a menu design?

Some changes can be made to templates at no additional charge, including color changes and adding or removing lines of text. Please call or email your request.

What does your pricing include, and are there any additional fees besides what I see on the site?

All prices listed on our website do not have any hidden charges. Shipping fees are in addition to the prices listed on the site, but are always available for your information through our site.

How much do you charge for shipping/handling?

We always ship UPS and shipping costs vary depending on the zip code, the order that is being shipped and the weight of the order.

Do you charge taxes on the orders?

PizzeriaMenus.com is a New York based business and must collect taxes for all the orders that are being shipped to any New York State address. We do not charge sales tax to products shipped to other states.

What if I want to return my order?

Due to the custom nature of our products, PizzeriaMenus.com does not accept any cancellations or issue a refund once an order has been produced. We do not accept any returns on any of our printed products. If your order is not printed with the exact information that was presented to you on your proof then we will will gladly re-print your order or refund you your money, whichever you choose. In either case it will be your responsibility to return the defective product(s) to PizzeriaMenus.com (only via UPS) before any refund will be issued. We will also reimburse you for the UPS charges spent in returning the product to us.

Are there any costs if I decide to cancel my entire order before it is in print production?

Yes. Because we incorporate all layout & design costs into our base pricing you will be charged a flat $50.00 if you cancel your order prior to going into print production. If at any time in the future you decide to place an order we will apply that $50 toward that order. This will only be valid for only 120 days from the time (date) that you cancel your order

What if I want to change something on my order after I've placed it or approved the proof?

You are able to make changes only before your order gets into production. The orders go into production usually within 24 hours after an order is placed or a proof is approved. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will check your job status while you wait.

Will I be charged if I cancel my order before receiving a proof?

No, you will not be charged if you cancel your order prior to receiving your proof. If you decide to cancel after you have received your proof then there will be $50 charge to your credit card. This charge covers any work that was performed in order to provide you with this custom proof. If you decide to use our services at a future date then the $50 will be deducted from your invoice. Valid for only 120 days from cancellation.

How do I place a re-order?

Simply log onto your account and click Re-Order. Then click the checkout button and follow the standard checkout procedure and you're done. It's that easy. This process is to be used only if your order is an “Exact Repeat”

How are returns and refunds handled?

All sales are final.  Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us within 24 hours after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Should your print job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun and ship the job at no charge. PizzeriaMenus.com reserves the exclusive right to judge what constitutes a manufacturing error or a defect. On a case-by-case basis we will investigate and determine if the damage was due to negligence on our part. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 718-416-6100 during normal business hours (Eastern Standard Time) so we can handle your request. However, if a return is granted, you must return the defective product. We appreciate your adherence and acceptance of these conditions.

Will I always receive the exact quantity I ordered?

Most of the time we will print slightly more than what you ordered.

I don't want to use a credit card, can I pay with a check?

Since all print work contracted to and manufactured by PizzeriaMenus.com is high quality, customized products, all orders are pre-authorized via credit card and are settled prior to print production and shipment. Other methods of payment must be pre-authorized before production can begin. For the fastest turnaround time, a credit card is recommended. To pay by check, money order or cashier's check, please contact a PizzeriaMenus.com sales representative to place your order via telephone and receive an order number. With an order number you can submit your check along with your artwork. Please note, print production and proofing will commence only after your check has cleared, which may require up to 3-business days.  Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by check, money order or cashier's check.
